I'm a bit baffled by how you sliced that onion up, and were seemingly fine. Are you perhaps just not affected by onions and the chemicals they contain? Where they refrigerated overnight?

I'm glad you posted this. Because I just realized I have a pork roast in the freezer! I also have peppers and onions. I'm going to add some baby portobello mushrooms too and serve the veggies with that succulent juice over rice! Yum! I hope your son is doing okay and I hope you too stay safe!

Love the way you smacked that (pork) butt! So yummie coz its low n slow. We have a unique Pittsburgh slow cooker dish called Chipped Ham Barbecue (search on YouTube.) There is a special brand deli ham that works best called Isaly's becoz it shaves like no other brand. No Steelers game is complete without the real deal. You really help me cope these days, my hearts filled with gratitude. Love you!

I’m NPO but like all people in my world I love watching food videos. Your very beautiful and have a wonderful personality to boot. That is what made me stop and watch your videos. I fix my wife supper almost every evening cause she is still working for another year till she can retire and I’ve been doing that for years since I had throat cancer in 2012. I’m good and now and love cooking for my wife and sometimes my family and friends when there over. Thanks for now and I’ll keep watching.
