Sugar-free Dessert Recipe! No flour! no oats! soft and fluffy cake in 5 minutes! healthy gluten-free

ingredients :
3 medium eggs.
~1/4 cup of erythritol (50G) – you can use any other sweetener of your choice, or substitute it with 2-3 tablespoons of honey -.
~1/4 cup of coconut oil (55ml) – you can substitute it with mild olive oil.
~1/2 cup of natural yogurt (140g).
zest of 1 lemon.
~1/4 cup of desiccated coconut (30g).
~2 cup of almond flour (190g).
2 teaspoons of baking powder (10g).
a pinch of salt.
dark chocolate chips, or sliced almonds for garnish (optional).

  1. i just made this and i love the texture and taste,i followed instuctions and used the correct measurements ,i did put a spoonfull of extra yoghurt because mine seemed a bit thicker than the video, only problem was mine didn't puff up as much as the video, seemed a little thinner/flatter, any suggestions how to get it to raise more? as i will definately make again.

  3. I’m so grateful for this recipe! Almond flour is simply finely ground blanched almonds so no grains, no gluten and low carb! Yay! As a diabetic, I will be even more grateful, if after I make this, it tastes even half as good as it looks. I plan to make it this weekend as soon as the desiccated coconut I ordered arrives. Again, thank you! PS do you think it would work with ghee in place of the coconut oil?
