INGREDIENTS:
Flatten rice 1/4 cup
Strain the dust
Water
Wash until clear water
Soak for 15 mins
Strain
2 banana
Soaked flatten rice
Sweet yogurt 1/2 cup
Cold milk 1 & 1/2 cup
Blend until smooth

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
