Freshly made East Indian rotya with sukta che chutney, is 🤌🏻 Normally you would sauté all the ingredients in a pan, but I like charring my coconut, garlic and chillies first and then smashing them.
Ingredients:
Garlic: 6 pods
Green chillies: 3 – 5
Jeera: 1/2 tsp
Dried coconut: 1 inch
Sukat/ Dried Prawns: 1 cup
Salt as required
