Sukka Bombil Chutney

Ingredients:
Sukka Bombil -4
Green chillies -3
Garlic clove -1
Coriander -2 tsp
Water -4 to 5 drops
Rock salt -as per taste
Haldi pd -a pinch (optional)
Oil for tadka -1 tsp
Instructions:
1.Roast sukka Bombil really well.
2.In a mortar add roasted sukka Bombil, green chilli,garlic clove, Coriander leaves,rock salt ,some water and mix to make a thecha with the help of pestle.
3.For the tadka add oil in a pan and then add the thecha we made earlier.Saute it for 30 seconds and switch off the flame.
4.Sukka bombil chutney is ready.
