Summer Special:- 3 Ways Smoothie which are extremely refreshing, healthy & tasty.
1) Papaya & Orange Smoothie: Start your day with tropical flavors! This refreshing summer drink blends creamy papaya, tangy oranges, curd, and honey. It’s a perfect refreshing treat for summers!
2) Vegan Dragon Fruit Smoothie: A vibrant option for vegans! This smoothie combines dragon fruit, strawberries, and almond milk. It’s a beautiful, nutrient-rich, plant-based delight.
3) Banana & Spinach Smoothie: Get a green power boost! The natural sweetness of banana pairs with nutrient-dense spinach, creating a creamy, energizing drink packed with potassium, iron, and fiber.
Ingredients –
1) Papaya & Orange Smoothie:
1 cup – Ripe Papaya (peeled & cubed)
1 – Orange (peeled & segmented)
¾ Cup – Curd
2 tbsp – Honey
1 tbsp – Untoasted Oats
Garnish with – ripe papaya, pomegranate kernels, sunflower seeds, pistachios, and toasted oats.
2)Vegan Dragon Fruit Smoothie:
1 – Dragon Fruit (peeled & sliced)
6-8 – Strawberries (halved)
Sugar (as required)
10-12 – Ice Cubes
1 cup – Almond Milk
1 tbsp – Untoasted Oats
Garnish with – watermelon, dragon fruit, star fruit, and almonds.
3) Banana & Spinach Smoothie:
2 – Ripe Bananas
1½ – cups Spinach Leaves (washed)
1 cup – Curd
1 tbsp – Untoasted Oats
2 tbsp – Honey
Garnish with – untoasted oats, sunflower seeds, pomegranate kernels, and mango
