Tomato – 1 1/2 No.
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – A Pinch
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Whole Garam Masala – As Required
Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – As Required
Curry Leaves – As Required
Salt – To Taste
Gingelly Oil – For Cooking
