Ingredients:-
3boiled potatoes 🥔
3 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tbsp salt
1tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp oregano & coriander 🌿
Mix the ingredients well and make a long stick shape as shown in video
For slurry :-
2 tbsp maida
2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tbsp salt and water
Dip the sticks in slurry and coat with breadcrumbs
Before frying fridge it for 15 minutes
