Today I am sharing a super easy and tasty Chicken Fry recipe. It pairs well with Hot Rice, Rotis or with Rasam or Sambar Rice.
Ingredients:
•1/2 kilo Chicken
•1 Cup Water
•1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
•1 tsp Coriander powder
•1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
•1 tbsp Chili Powder
•1/2 tsp Garam masala
•1/4 tsp Turmeric
•Salt
•Oil- 1/3 cup
•1/2 cup Onion choppings
•1 cup Tomato choppings
•2 sprigs Curry leaves
•Small bunch Coriander leaves
For Masala Podi:
•3-4 Cloves
•3 Cardamoms
•2 Dry Chillies
•1 inch Cinnamon
•1 tsp Poppy Seeds
