This is my easy and delicious version of Pork Pochero
INGREDIENTS
-sliced potatoes (about 4pcs medium size)
-sliced green beans
-sliced saba banana (about 4pcs)
-1tsp salt and ground black pepper
-chopped onions 3pcs
-chopped garlic 1head
-3pc chopped red tomatoes
-2kilos pork chopped into chunky cubes
-1Tbsp salt and ground black pepper
-3/4cup tomato sauce
-boiling hot water
-oil for pan frying

People who try to cook pancit and other Filipino dishes are oftentimes surprised how they underestimated the skill these entail. If you think about it, most of the ingredients in Filipino cuisine are pedestrian. It’s the cooking techniques that elevate them into something delicious.
