Easy Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

5 very ripe bananas
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 ½ cups self-rising flour

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C)
2. Line your loaf pan with parchment paper.
3. Mash the bananas with a fork.
4. Add the sweetened condensed milk and self-rising flour.
5. Mix all the ingredients until the flour is just incorporated to create a thick batter. Don’t overmix.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spoon or spatula.
7. Bake the loaf for about 50 minutes in the middle of the oven until the top is golden brown.
8. (While it’s still in the oven, you can check inserting a wood stick into the center of the loaf. If the stick comes out clean — it’s ready).
9. Remove the banana bread from the oven and let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, remove the loaf from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
