220g of snapper fish fillet
1 stalk of spring onion
Some ginger – julienne

Gravy

3 tablespoons of light soya sauce
3 tablespoons of water
1/3 teaspoon of sugar
Stem from 1 stalk of spring onion
3 slices of ginger

  2. Just made this and it was so delicious and easy! I didn't have fresh garlic so I used powdered garlic which worked. The depth of flavor would be better with fresh garlic though. Overall, 10/10 would recommend!

  3. The ginger and spring onion for steaming fish. Can it be reuse again? Its a waste to throw. How can we reuse. Can we re use it for the final touch for spring onion. For the ginger can we fried it and reuse?😢
