Super Easy Delicious Mix Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Refreshing Health Beverage:
Try this summer inspired cantalope, apple, banana and orange smoothie. It’s only ingredients and can be whip up in 10 minutes. Thick and creamy each satisfying sip is a quick cool down during the sweltering summer heat.
Making a fruit smoothie is super nutritious and fun. Here are simple recipe for you to enjoy your favorite fruits.

INGREDIENTS :
1 cup Cantaloupe
1 piece Apple
1 piece Banana
1 piece Orange

PROCEDURE :
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender:
Cantaloupe – peeled and cut in chunks
Apple – peeled and cut chunks as well
Banana – peeled, cut banana into roundels
Orange – peeled and cut into chunks

2. Combine all ingredients in a blender, if you find too thick, you can add water, milk or ice.

3. Put the lid and cover the blender. set the blender into high speed until smoothie is thoroughly blended.

4. Pour into glasses, Serve immediately..
