Super Easy Drunken Steak BISTEC BORRACHO #shorts

Ingredients:
Beer marinade
8oz beer;dark beer preferably
4 minced garlic cloves
The juice of 1 lime
About 1 tbsp maggi jugo
1 tsp ground cumin, chili powder, black pepper
Salt to taste I use 2 1/2 tsp
2 lbs steak
For the sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce ( El Pato hot is my fave)
1 tsp beef bouillon mix in 1 c water or beef broth
2 hatch pepper or Anaheim peppers
1 Serrano or jalapeño
1 small onion
3 Roma tomato

  1. I don’t understand why you make this backwards, First, you have to sauté everything, the onions, the bell peppers, and all the vegetables. One sautéed. You have to add the meat. They absorbed the flavor from the onion and peppers. Duh.
