This a very easy and yummy homemade pork tocino recipe..
INGREDIENTS
-1Kilo Pork Hind sliced thinly (ask your local meat vendor to slice it for tocino recipe)
-2cups dark brown sugar
-2cups pineapple juice unsweetened
-1 and 1/2 Tbsp salt
-1Tbsp soy sauce
-1/4 cup annatto water (add hot water to annatto seeds to extract it’s color then get 1/4cup of it)
