INGREDIENTS:
🌿1 tbsp olive oil
🌿4-5 garlic cloves
🌿5-6 tomatoes
🌿1 red bell pepper
🌿salt taste
🌿paneer 180 g
🌿 pepper 1 tsp
🌿Italian seasoning 1 Tbsp
🌿1 cup penne pasta- cooked al Dante (chickpea lentil durum wheat) and then drained and washed with cold water
🌿handful basil leaves
🌿chilli flakes
METHOD;
☀️Heat olive oil. cook the garlic, tomatoes, peppers with little salt until the tomatoes are sweaty and leave their skin.
Add paneer and let it cool down. Blend in a mixer with 1/4 cup water.
Add little oil in the pan again and pour the sauce, add salt, pepper, seasoning, pasta and mix.
Tear some basil leaves and add, mix again and serve hot. Enjoy!……
