1 cup, Shaved Asiago cheese
1/2 tbsp, Badia Sazón seasoning
1 1/2 Tbsps, old bay seasoning
1 Tbsp, onion powder
2 tsps, paprika
(Season to your liking)
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish:
Chili pepper flakes
Curly parsley
Creamy seafood sauce
