Ok so I’m fed up with waiting forever for naan, when a lot of my curries are ready in twenty minutes. I don’t want the nasty pre bought oven versions, so I’ve created these 15 minute doughy naan which I think are incredible (i’m biased) !. Definitely not authentic but they’re purely my version of the perfect side dish. I really hope you like these!.

Nice recipe…a tawa would be better than a frying pan though. I recommend anyone to pay a few ££ for a tawa pan…just a flat pan…perfect for breads, roti, pancakes, flat frying of mushrooms, eggs….anything! It has virtually no sides so it perfect for naan and other things. TAWA!
Didn’t work as well as I thought as it became too sticky even tho I only added a tiny tiny amount
😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰🤤🤤🤤😋😋😋
Wonderful. Thanks
Don't you have a tawa?
🏆Excellent recipe!! Did today and expected results went 100%
Just made it, no matter how thin I roll it, I can;t get the bubbles, it turns out more like pitta bread, still delicious. I will let the dough rest for a bit in the warm and have another go at it.
I fking love coriander also, I'll try this i make my own sourdough, focaccia, and flat breads but I've never made naan bread so can't wait to give this a go.
Perfect – thank you 👍
More haste less taste, no shortcut to proper food, look for a proper recipes, this ain't it.
Can the dough be kept in the refrigerator for a few hours?
Going to do this with the Nigella and coriander –no garlic
is this slanted
“Naan bread” 😭😭😭
Very nice bro 💜
Please put the recipe in the description 🤞🙏
Not ur recipe tho fact
roti bread is far superior as a side to the curry. My mum is indian so i know this is the case. They use the roti instead of cutlery. NAAN is kind of like a European version of roti to make it more bread like. But i still enjoy a good NAAN bread too.
the seed ? what is the black seed ?
Purchased nann bread at aldis, dollar store pizza sauce, real mozzarella cheese, put in cast iron skillet, cook on stove
He missed out that you put oil in the pan to cook it in. I guess he was chatting so much crap he forgot the important parts
I’ve tried hard however just can’t find the recipe on your web site. It can’t be that hard. Please leave a usable link
Doesn’t self-raising flour already have baking powder in it ..
I’ve made lots of doughs in the past successfully but really struggled with this one. Maybe it’s the yoghurt, I felt it failed to come together as a dough and it wasn’t because it was sticky it just wouldn’t come together. Any suggestions? After reading the comments I can’t help but think I did something totally wrong
