  1. I didn't have any problem understanding every word this woman said. The problem is, the second ingredient is port wine. There are VERY different varieties of port wine that taste completely different, like Ruby and Tawny. She doesn't specify which one to use.

  2. who in their right mind thought this woman should actually SPEAK on camera? seriously. just dress her in a french maid bikini and let her parade around in the background. leave the talking to chris kimble.

    which leads me to more burning questions. what kind of man can tolerate this annoying fucking voice? who could fuck this? why do we have an overpopulation problem? i hear women speak like this and i want to punch walls.  STOP!

  3. I buy one liter bottles of a decent name brand like Racconto and reduce three liters into about one in a stainless or glass pot over low heat. Occasionally wash down the inside walls of the pot with a basting brush dipped in water.

  4. I've done this twice. The result is great. But don't simmer it as she shows; instead put the pot on lowest heat, cover and be patient. Stir it once in awhile. It takes a couple of hours (or more) to reduce the volume by half.
