Here’s how I whip up a quick smoothie! 🥑🍓
I love frozen avocados for their creamy texture—just scoop, freeze, and use later! Frozen berries are a staple in my freezer too, reducing food waste and adding convenience.
For sweetness, I add dates (remember to remove the pits!), which are full of fibre. I also toss in chia seeds and maca powder for a calcium and magnesium boost.
For liquid, I use plant-based milk, and for some crunch, I add cacao nibs (watch out if you’re sensitive to caffeine!). If I need extra protein, I go for a vegan protein powder.
