Super healthy? I don't think so, first you start with pasteurized milk, add pasteurized orange juice, then pasteurized Goji Juice. I keep emphasizing pasteurized because the process kills the taste and nutrition even flashed processed. Then you talk about the benefits of added vitamins that are artificially added. Start organic, with whole fruit add in vegetables then we can start talking healthy.

I can start my car and back it out of my driveway in less than a minute, but if I was explaining it to someone who had never done it before, it would take longer. I bet this will only take 2 minutes to make by day 4 or 5.
For getting out the door in the morning even faster, combine dry ingredients in a container, liquid ingredients in another container, then add frozen berries. You could also make up a weeks worth of portions ahead.

Hmmm, why is Stevia banned in the EU? I'm from Ireland and I was looking around for it! I didn't realise it was banned. I'm confused though-if it is banned then wouldn't that ban also include products that contain Stevia? I've come across quite a few.

No trying to be mean, just thought you might like to know that the Doctor (I forget his name) that wrote the book Protein Power that inspired Atkins claims that Flax seed is terrible for your digestive track. He's not alone either. Also, Stevia is banned in the EU for a reason. I think it's rather peculiar that so many people want to go natural so they throw organic fruits and veges in but then they throw in powdered junk that you'd never find in nature.
