SUPER SOFT OATS ROTI | OATS CHAPATI RECIPE | OAT MEAL FLAT BREAD | N’Oven

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 CUP OATS
GRIND TO FINE POWDER
SIEVE
1 CUP WATER
COOK UNTIL BOIL
¼ TSPN SALT
MIX THE OATS FLOUR
COOK FOR 2 MIN.
SMOOTH THE DOUGH
TAKE SOME DOUGH
ROLL
CUT WITH A BOWL OR CUTTER
PLACE IN A FRYPAN
FRY BOTH SIDE WELL

  1. Today i tried it..but water according to this video is too much ..my dough was sticky after that and i have to adjust it …soo plz pour water gradually..roti was nice i add some wheat flour too after that its tastes like normal roti..i am happy

  2. I love this bread as a person with gluten intolerance! All the times I've made it, it's super tasty and nice, but I can't get it to puff up, so can someone give me an idea how to properly put it in the pan so it can get puffy and have a pocket?

  5. Mine didn't puff I think because I didn't sift and also because I did not make them perfectly round like yours, but they were still the BEST gluten free roti !!!! I agree the other recipes are like cardboard! I'm going to try with other gluten free flours like quinoa and cassava.
