MIX THE OATS FLOUR
COOK FOR 2 MIN.
SMOOTH THE DOUGH
TAKE SOME DOUGH
ROLL
CUT WITH A BOWL OR CUTTER
PLACE IN A FRYPAN
FRY BOTH SIDE WELL

hi I made this but my bread was doughy on the inside even though i rolled it thin and it took a long time to cook and puff up some didnt though. do you know what I did wrong and the breads arent cooking to the inside

Today i tried it..but water according to this video is too much ..my dough was sticky after that and i have to adjust it …soo plz pour water gradually..roti was nice i add some wheat flour too after that its tastes like normal roti..i am happy

I love this bread as a person with gluten intolerance! All the times I've made it, it's super tasty and nice, but I can't get it to puff up, so can someone give me an idea how to properly put it in the pan so it can get puffy and have a pocket?

Mine didn't puff I think because I didn't sift and also because I did not make them perfectly round like yours, but they were still the BEST gluten free roti !!!! I agree the other recipes are like cardboard! I'm going to try with other gluten free flours like quinoa and cassava.
