Very nice recipe
This recipe sounds like it's sweeter than most I've tried, and I'm surprised to see that there's no heat in it whatsoever. I've never had anything labeled "Mongolian beef" that didn't have a least a little kick. Not saying that's bad — just different.

How about a bit of lemongrass added in with the garlic and ginger? Would that make it even better?

This was excellent. DH loved it too. But here is my dilemma. My dgt lives with us and this is just not enough for 3 people. I know it says serves 4 but not really.

The Mongolian beef is the third Marion recipe I tried with success. They are simple, tasty and easy to make. I am privileged to have a large Asian grocery store not far so getting the products is easy, even gojuchang! Thank you a million times Marion to make this possible for us.
