    Baked Chicken Tikka Rice
    🐓 Marinate chicken-

    300grms Chicken
    1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
    2 Tbsp Thick Curd
    1/2 Tsp Salt
    1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
    1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
    1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
    1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
    1/2 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
    1 Tbsp Mustard Oil
    -Marinate for 30 minutes.

    Till then, Take a pan, Add
    2 Tsp Mustard Oil
    1 Tsp Ginger
    1 Tsp Garlic
    2 Onions
    3 Medium Tomatoes
    1/2 Tsp Salt

    Let this mixture cool then grind into a paste.

    Now, Cook your marinated chicken with 1-2 Tbsp Oil
    1 Cup Tri-Color Capsicum
    Onion
    Add a piece of coal and give it a smoky flavour. Remove coal piece.

    Now cook the gravy,

    1 Tbsp Oil
    1 Tsp Garlic
    Add your prepared blended gravy along with
    1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
    1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
    1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
    1/4 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
    2 Pinch Turmeric Powder
    2-3 Tbsp Water
    1 Tsp Dried
    Fenugreek Leaves
    2 Tbsp Fresh Cream
    1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup

    Now assemble everything together in a baking tray

    Add Gravy
    Add Cooked Basmati Rice
    Add Chicken Pieces
    Add Cheese Slices
    Add Mozzarella Cheese
    & Fresh Coriander
    -Bake till cheese melts!
