  1. Hi Betty I got a question now I got apple cider vinegar and they sell this green powder mix out there now can i just blend my greens like I like to do and add apple cider vinegar to it I like to blend my own greens like baby leaves and stuff what u think bout that thank you your super smart

  2. Kelp powder has no taste at all, so it's ok to add with other ingredients. I have not noticed any difference or anything, but I did take too much on my second day, and it made me feel a little off. So start with like 1/4 tsp. Let me know if you try it.

  3. this may be a silly question but i know you can freeze fresh fruit. cut could you freeze fresh greens as well or would that cause them to spoil once thawed or ruin their quality at all??
