Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix prepared
3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 cup Raspberry Jam
1 small box Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
powdered sugar
1 lb. Marzipan
green food coloring

Directions:
To make this princess cake you well simply need to start off by preparing a box of white cake mix. Divide the mixture into two 8-inch cake pans that have been well greased and floured and bake them for 25-30 minutes until centers come out clean when you do the toothpick test. While the cake is baking, prepare the whip cream with the vanilla and powdered sugar and whip it on high until stiff peeks form. Place it in the fridge to keep cool and next prepare the box of vanilla pudding. Once the cake is cooled and ready, take the first layer and place it on your serving plate or cake board. Trim off the top of the first cake so it’s nice and flat. Place a layer of the vanilla pudding over the top followed by a layer of raspberry jam. Place the second layer of cake on top and frost the whole cake so that its covered in the whipped cream. when frosting the cake, form the top as a dome shape with the whipped cream. Place the cake to the side while you prepare the marzipan. Color the marzipan with a drop or two of green gel food coloring and mix the color into the marzipan. Sift a thin layer of powdered sugar onto the work surface and thinly roll out the marzipan to 1/4 inch thick. Roll the marzipan over the cake and stretch it along to the bottom of the edges. Trim off the excess marzipan along the edges with a knife. Clean the marzipan with a wet pastry brush and finish the princess cake with a dusting or two of powdered sugar. Enjoy!
