  1. When it comes to omitting the heat – the worst part of it sits in the rind/ piff of the pepper, not the seeds themselves.
    Granted Habaneros are quite small so would be fiddly, but just something to keep in mind and know!

  2. I love tomato jam but I lean into the Italian side of flavors, adding a few sun-dried tomatoes jarred in olive oil and blended to a paste to thicken the cooked tomatoes— no need for extra sugar. It’s a delicious spread for sandwiches.
