Strawberry Cream Delight

Ingredients for Crust:
Marie biscuits 200 g / 2 cups
Unsalted butter (melted) 80 g / 1/3 cup

Ingredients for Whipped Cream:
Whipping Cream 1 pack
Cream 50 g / 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Strawberry Puree:
Strawberries 300 g / 2 ½ cups
Caster sugar 50 g / ¼ cup
Water 50 g / ¼ cup

Ingredients for Strawberry Whipped Cream:
Whipped cream
Strawberry puree
Gelatin 15 g / 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Prepared biscuit crust
Strawberry whipped cream
Strawberry slices as required
Strawberry jelly (water 350 g / 1 ¼ cup + strawberry jelly powder pack)

Directions for Crust Preparation:
1. In a blender add biscuits and grind them well. Then add butter and grind them well again. Set aside.
Directions for Whipped Cream Preparation:
2. In a bowl add Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
3. Add Cream and beat it well again. Set aside.
Directions for Strawberry Puree Preparation:
4. In a blender add strawberry, caster sugar and water. Blend them well into a puree. Set aside.
Directions for Strawberry Whipped Cream Preparation:
5. Take the whipped cream and add strawberry puree in it. Beat it properly. Then add gelatin and beat it again.
Directions for Assembling:
6. In a dish add a layer of prepared biscuit crust. Refrigerate for 5-10 mins. Then add strawberry whipped cream, place strawberry slices and repeat this step 2 more times. Now refrigerate for half hour.
7. To prepared strawberry jelly, In a pan heat water and bring it to a boil. Add strawberry jelly powder and cook until it dissolves.
8. Pour this prepared jelly mixture on the dessert and let it cool at room temperature.
9. Your Strawberry Cream Delight is ready. Serve and enjoy.
