We don't need them now if they destroy our foods instead of feeding the poor because the restaurant is closed. Keep them all closed.

If previously existing restaurants don't come back, others will take their places. That's the beauty of entrepreneurship. Don't need to spend any more time on the topic.
No doubt I'm Pro American and we have the best restaurants in the world but generally speaking, having been in and out of fair cross-section of restaurants with food delivery, sanitation practices are often rubbish, of course there are exceptions. Once people can imagine germs everywhere and associated dining with dying, I don't think that's going to go away as easily as you may propose. Restaurant dining for Americans is mostly a drive-thru feeding trough, the culture you describe is more typical as a norm outside our country, where people primarily spend more than mere minutes and typically over 1 hr together. There will be a significant reckoning between these values and newly found fears. This piece was a little too copacetic and not realistic enough for me and a good PR plug for the guest.
