No doubt I'm Pro American and we have the best restaurants in the world but generally speaking, having been in and out of fair cross-section of restaurants with food delivery, sanitation practices are often rubbish, of course there are exceptions. Once people can imagine germs everywhere and associated dining with dying, I don't think that's going to go away as easily as you may propose. Restaurant dining for Americans is mostly a drive-thru feeding trough, the culture you describe is more typical as a norm outside our country, where people primarily spend more than mere minutes and typically over 1 hr together. There will be a significant reckoning between these values and newly found fears. This piece was a little too copacetic and not realistic enough for me and a good PR plug for the guest.
