Ingredients
3 1/2 lb beef tongue
6 cups water
salt to taste
1 onion
5 cloves garlic
2 serrano peppers
Bunch of cilantro
3 bay leaves
10 peppercorns
Cook in pressure cooker about 1 1/2 hour. Important to remove skin when tongue is hot, right after you take it off. Serve with favorite toppings.
