Recipe: Tagliatelle ai gamberetti (serves 2)
5 cloves of garlic
1 chili pepper
2 large red peppers
1 lemon
5 tablespoons of olive oil
at least 250 grams of prawns
1 teaspoon chili flakes
basil leaves (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Noodles (as much as you want)
Finely chop the garlic, cut the chili pepper and red bell pepper into thin rings, heat in a pan with the oil and sauté. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the pan. Add the prawns (defrosted) to the pan and add the chilli flakes. Tear the basil leaves and add, season with salt and pepper and simmer for approx. 10 minutes (make sure the prawns are well done). (If you don’t have enough sauce, you can make a soup with some soup seasoning and add it)
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water. As soon as they are ready, you can add them to the pan with the prawns. Leave to stand for a few more minutes and you’re done
