In Taiwan you can find beef noodle soup for the equivalent 6 dollars 😅

When you serve it, do you also bowl up the chunky veggies or is that for flavor and you only take the broth / meat out.

Looks so yummy.

Never heard of beef finger meat. Had to Google it.
