Been practicing with vegetarian dashi using eggs from my friend’s very spoiled happy hens. It’s so good!! Still trying to master how to do it with chopsticks only, but it’s so much easier to make it nice and neat with a small spatula like this.
Gyern mari is korean version with carrots and onion. Tamagoyaki is japanese, no veg and includes mirin / dashi / shoyu

even with flabby stomach this dish give me stomach pain for one week
i love the tomago sandwich from japanese restaurant but not the fake korean prepackaged marketed egg looked lower quality than this but still dont want to eat this .. am normally 120 pounds gap, this will hurt my stomach after 5 bites , 10 bites are too much they are for stocky short ladies they date the groupies are under five foot seven and eat like truck drivers with flabby stomachs and smaller than eight size shoe . this egg dish i dont want to eat it with my east asian man i am dating .
