  1. Made Easy Tandoori Chicken in a Pressure Cooker – No Oven, No Air Fryer Needed!

    Here’s how you can make this delicious recipe at home:

    Ingredients:

    • Ginger & Garlic Paste: 1-2 tbsp
    • Chicken: 1 kg
    • Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
    • Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
    • Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
    • Chaat Masala: 1/2 tsp
    • Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
    • Tandoori Masala: 1 tbsp
    • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
    • Food Colour: Optional
    • Hung Curd: 2 tbsp
    • Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
    • Kasuri Methi: 1 tbsp
    • Mustard Oil: 1 tbsp

    Instructions:

    1. Mix all ingredients well, and give the mixture charcoal smoke for 10 minutes.
    2. Marinate the chicken for 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
    3. Remove the whistle and rubber from the pressure cooker lid.
    4. Close the lid and slow cook the chicken for 25-30 minutes.
    5. Grill or shallow fry the cooked chicken as per your preference.
