I observe so many Indian chef's say like ye mera chicken, I think the one who is realy a chef, shouldn't use the word like ye mera …….and this seems awkward and feels obsession But instead you can say humara, that sounds a great and keeps us satisfied.pardon ma'm if I am wrong. Taste was excellent but at 180 celcius for 30 minutes was not good. It should be about 10 to 15 or 18 minutes.

I baked it in the convection mode at 180 C for 30 mins but I did not get the tandoori texture on the chicken…is it bcoz of the mode of baking??if other reason then plzz specify my fault..
