I observe so many Indian chef's say like ye mera chicken, I think the one who is realy a chef, shouldn't use the word like ye mera …….and this seems awkward and feels obsession But instead you can say humara, that sounds a great and keeps us satisfied.pardon ma'm if I am wrong. I baked it in the convection mode at 180 C for 30 mins but I did not get the tandoori texture on the chicken…is it bcoz of the mode of baking??if other reason then plzz specify my fault..

Taste was excellent but at 180 celcius for 30 minutes was not good. It should be about 10 to 15 or 18 minutes.
