For the Marinade:

Thai chicken : 1 kg
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Lemon juice : 2 lemon
Salt : 1 tsp
Now rest it for 15 minutes

For the Spices:
Yogurt : 1/2 cup
Oil : 3 tbsp
Chaat masala : 1 tsp
Red chili powder : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tbsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
Roasted fenugreek : 1 tbsp
Carom seeds : 1/4 tsp
Tandoori masala : 1 tsp
Red food color : 1 to 2 drops
Now cover it and rest it for 3 to 4 hour or minimum 1 hour
