Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Badam (Almonds) soaked & peeled 20-22
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
-Chedder cheese 2-3 tbs (optional)
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Water ¼ Cup
-Dahi (Yogurt) 4 tbs
-Cream 4 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Chicken tikka pieces 4 (approx. 1 kg)
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required

Directions:
-In a blending machine,add almonds,green chillies,cheddar cheese,dried fenugreek leaves,water & blend well.
-In a dish,add blending paste,yogurt,cream,ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder,cardamom powder, pink salt,cumin powder,black pepper powder,lemon juice & whisk well.
-Make deep cuts on chicken tikka pieces & add in marination,rub evenly,cover with cling film & marinate for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken,apply remaining marinade & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
-Turn sides & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
-Turn sides,add water,cover & cook on low flame until chicken is tender (16-18 minutes) & turn sides in between.
-Place a grill rack on stove & char grill chicken on direct flame for 1-2 minutes & apply cooking oil in between.
-Serve with naan & salad!

-Dish mein blending paste,dahi,cream,adrak lehsan paste,garam masala powder,elaichi powder,pink salt,zeera powder,kali mitrch powder aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken tikka pieces per deep cuts laga lein aur marination mein dal ker evenly rub ker lein,cling film sa cover karein aur 4 hours or overnight kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker remaining marinade laga lein aur darmiyani ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Sides ko turn ker lein aur darmiyani ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Sides ko turn ker lein,pani dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein (16-18 minutes) & bech mein sides ko trn ker lein.
-Grill rack ko chulhay per rakh dein,chicken ko direct flame mein chared ho janay tak grill ker lein (1-2 minutes) aur bech mein cooking oil laga lein.
-Naan aur salad ka saath serve karein!

  1. As Salaamu Alaykum, I cooked these white tanduri chicken as per your recipe. I added a tbsp of roasted gram flour / besan in the marinade so that the ingredients stick coated to the chicken legs. And trust me, they turned out very delicious. I was very apprehensive whether my son will like it. But to my surprise, he enjoyed it too. And he’s asked me to shred one balance grilled chicken leg so that he can enjoy that as a sandwich. I thought u must share my good experience with you and your subscribers so that they too can go ahead and prepare these chicken. Jazaakallaahu khairan kaseeran!
