Turkish-style Pasta

375g Cucina Maltese Farfalle Rigate
500g Coles 3 Star Beef Mince
2 tsp Coles Ground Paprika
2 tsp Coles Garlic Powder
1 tsp Coles Ground Cumin
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 small brown onion, finely chopped
½ tsp Coles salt
100g Coles Salted Butter
2 tsp Coles Ground Paprika, extra
11/2 cups (420g) Coles Greek Style Yoghurt
1 garlic clove, crushed
100g Perino tomatoes, chopped
⅓ cup chopped flat leaf parsley
1. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over high heat. Cook beef and onion, for 5 mins, stirring occasionally until brown and a little crisp. Add paprika, garlic powder, cumin, pepper and salt, cook 2 mins or until fragrant.
3. Place butter and extra paprika in a small saucepan, cook over medium heat 2 mins or until butter is melted.
4. Combined yoghurt and garlic in a bowl.
5. To serve, divide pasta among serving bowls, top with yoghurt mixture, beef mixture, tomatoes, parsley and drizzle with butter mixture.
