  1. I personally like Malpeque oysters from PEI, Canada.. for me they were sweet and salty, meaty, and full of brine.. never tried with hot sauce, just put a splash of Old Bay and Lemon juice on one, and Only Lemon juice on the other..

    I think the old bay woulda been better On a cooked oyster with a bit of cheese and hot sauce, but they were perfection with just a squeeze of lemon juice
