Aalu bukhare khajoor ki chutney

Ingredients:
Plum 250 grams
Dates 250 grams
Roasted cumin 1 tsp
Whole red chili 8
Black salt ½ tsp
Garlic 6
Vinegar 4 tbsp

Method:
Boil the plums and dates, let cool and separate the seed. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend well. The chutney is ready.

Bread halwa

Ingredients:
Bread slices 6
Milk ½ liter
Egg 6
Sugar 1 cup
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Clarified butter 250 grams
Condensed milk 1 tin
Almonds, pistachio for garnish

Method:
Soak the bread in milk. Add in eggs, sugar, cardamom powder, and condensed milk. Combine into clarified butter and cook on medium flame. Once it leaves color and the butter comes on top then garnish with almonds and pistachios. Serve.

Kaali mirch pulao

Ingredients:
Rice ½ kg
Crushed Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Green onion 250 grams

Method:
In hot oil add crushed black pepper and garlic and fry. Then add salt and 2 cups of water. Once it comes to a boil add rice. Once the water evaporates then add green onions and leave to temper.
