bread custard pudding
ingredients:
big bread slices 4
milk 1 literally
vanilla pudding mix 2 packets
cream 1 packet
condensed milk 1 tin
butter 50 grams
cinnamon powder ½ tsp
sugar ½ cup
almonds 100 grams
method:
spread butter on the bread slices and then cut them in pieces and spread out in a dish. Add cream and then bake at 200C in the oven. Cook the milk, and add vanilla custard powder in. once it thickens then add on top of the baked bread and after using a spoon spread condensed milk. Using the sugar make caramel and add almonds too. In a greased tray pour the mixture in. once it cools down, crumb it and add the pudding layer and caramel crunch, garnish with cinnamon powder and serve.

Lahori bhindi gosht
Ingredients:
Meat ½ kg
Okra ½ kg
Onion 2
Tomato 250 grams
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander 2 tsp
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Black pepper whole 1 tsp
Coriander ½ bunch
Green chili 4-6
Oil ½ cup
Method:
Slit open the okras from the top and bottom and divide into two from the middle. Heat oil and slightly brown the onions and take out, and then grind with the tomatoes. Now in the meat add ginger garlic and cook. Now add tomato, onion, and all spices and cook well. Add 2 glasses of water and cook on low flame. Once the meat is cooked add water and when it boils 2-3 times add in the okras, green chilies, coriander and let cook for 5 more minutes and then switch the stove off.

Roast murgh
Ingredients:
Chicken 1
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Black pepper powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Nutmeg, mace ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Food coloring few drops
Oil as needed
Method:
Add all spices on the chicken and marinate overnight in the fridge. Then cook in a pot until the spices have dried up. Now add oil, lemon juice, chaat masala and then roast in the oven at 180C for half an hour.
