Chicken chatpata

Ingredients:
Chicken (small pieces) 1 kg
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Red chili 2 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Chickpea flour 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp
For masala:
Curry leaves 6
Green chili (cut) 4
Crushed chili 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Bell pepper 1
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Butter 50 grams

Method:
Add all ingredients on the chicken pieces and fry them in oil and take out. In another pan add butter, curry leaves, bell pepper, salt, crushed chili and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Combine into the fried chicken and mix well.

Double roti kheer

Ingredients:
Small bread slices 1
Whole dried curd 250 grams
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Sugar 1 cup
Almonds 50 grams
Pistachio 50 grams
Dry coconut powder as needed
Silver work as needed
Red food coloring 1 pinch
Yellow food coloring 1 pinch
Green food coloring 1 pinch
Oil as needed

Method:
In the curd add almonds paste, pistachio paste, cardamom powder and cook. Make sugar syrup with sugar and 1 cup of water and add into the mixture. Add pieces of bread in and grind well. Partition the dry coconut into three and add each color. Make balls out of the bread mixture and coat in the colored coconuts. Grease a tray and garnish with silver work.

Makai ki masaledaar roti

Ingredients:
Cornmeal ½ kg
Green chili 4
Crushed chili 2
Salt 1 tsp
Whole coriander 1 tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Garlic 1 bunch
Onion(small) 1
Coriander 1 bunch
Clarified butter as needed

Method:
In a chopper add all ingredients and chop together. Then take the cornmeal and add the mixture and knead. In a pan, add clarified butter and cook them.
