Steamed Minced Pork with Taro
INGREDIENTS:
260g Mince Pork
500g Taro
50g Dried Mushroom
Oil
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
Spring Onion (optional)

FOR MINCED PORK MARINADES:
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp Corn Starch
2 Tbsp Water

STEP 1: Prepare the Ingredients
STEP 2: Marinate Minced Pork
STEP 3: Cooked Minced Pork w/ Softened Mushroom
STEP 4: Steamed

PUMPKIN WITH MINCED PORK RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
300g Minced Pork
600g Pumpkin
3 Cloves Garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 Tbsp Water
Oil
Spring Onion

FOR PORK MARINADES:
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Water
