Tasty beef pickle recipe kerala style | meat pickle
INGREDIENTS
Chilli powder – 5 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/2 tablespoon
Salt as needed
Water – 1/2 cup
Vinegar 1/2 cup
Coconut oil for dry fry
Gingelly oil – 5 tablespoon
Curry leaves
Mustard seed – 1/2 teaspoon
Fenugreek seed – 1/2 teaspoon
Dreid red chilli – 6
Green chilli – 6
Finely chopped ginger and garlic – 2 tablespoon
Asafoetida – 1and half tablespoon
Sugar – 1/3 teaspoon

Can we substitute gingelly oil with some other oil like mustard/refined/soyabean/saffola because gingelly oil isn't available in Manipur?
