TASTY! EASY Crispy Fish Sauce Pork Belly Recipe Aunty Mary Cooks.
Ingredients
750g pork belly with skin, remove skin, cut into thin pieces
Marinade
3 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine, Shaoxing
1 egg white
1 Tbsp rice flour
1 Tbsp corn starch
Note:1. It’s best to marinade the pork for a few hours before frying for
better flavour. Maybe 2-3 hours
2. Cut the pork about 1/2 cm or thinner if you like it crispie
