How to make Yummy and Tasty Strawberry Smoothie Recipe for Diet. A Low-fat Strawberry Smoothie for Weight Loss by Life with Amna.

Ingredients:

Strawberry 1 Cup
Low-fat Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Low-fat Milk 1/2 Cup
Honey 1 tbsp
Chia Seeds 2 tbsp (Soaked)

Direction:

Take a Blender jar and add Strawberry, Low-fat Yogurt, Low-fat Milk, Honey, Chia Seeds and blend it well. Now Serve it.

  2. AoA Amna Mam.. Recipe to achi thi but plz nutrition bi share kia ki jiye ke is mein kitni Kcal hain kitney Carbs hain. Jab calculated macro nutrients le rahey hon to Is tarha se blindly kuch bi nahi le saktey. So it is requested to plz share the nutrion as well..

  3. hi i am 10 i think i am over weight so i am trying to loose weight i cant go to gyms too cause its for 13 or plus here in america so i habe to it at home but i dont like yougurt so can i skip the yougurt part
