  2. Stephanie & Cloud, when I inherited my family, my greatest desire was to be able to share my culture when I cooked for them. Thank you so much for helping me to achieve that goal. Our home has never been so blessed as when I discovered your channel.

  3. I have to have back surgery next week so I asked my family what can I get for them so they are set for food. 6 out of 8 things requested were all your recipes! They are our favorites. Even more requested than copycat of their favorite restaurant recipes. ❤❤

  4. Love your channel!!! But just a little advice. When you season your meat don't rub your meat, it makes your seasoning cake up. And season from at least 8 to 10 inches above your meat evenly. The best bbq cooks don't rub their meat anymore. You end up with very strong flavor of seasoning in some places and very mild in others. Please keep up the great work!!!

  5. Steph, did you cook your salsa veggies and ribs for a full hour at 400 before turning oven temp down to 280 to finish cooking your ribs for another 3 hours? I got a little confused when you took the veggies out after about 25 minutes as your video didn't show you putting them back in the oven and I could have sworn I heard you say at the onset to cook them for 1 hour at 400? Sorry to ask, but want to make sure to do everything correctly because salsa looks so dang good! I've never cooked ribs in the oven…only BBQ'ed them over indirect heat for about 1-1/2 to 2 hrs. max. I love to BBQ! Thanks very much…love love love watching you cook, especially your Mexican food, my absolute favorite in the world…could eat it every single day and NEVER tire of it…I love learning new salsa recipes! Thank you, again, for clarifying 🥰
