  1. I like your simple approach to cooking. Some recipes have 10 steps before cooking and I think the outcome will still be the same. I know because my husband is very picky. However I cook them (and beef ribs are one of his favorites) he LOVES them, but the next time he says, that maybe I could just use salt and pepper. He is picky, but I don't play. Short ribs are to expensive and can take too much time for him
