I love creamy pastas, but feel they definitely need more adjustment with seasoning so it suits your specific taste. The last one literally made my mouth water while watching, and I'm pretty sure it was the cheese that made it extra yummy looking! Lactose intolerance means I no longer bury my pasta under cheese and I miss it! But I might grab a lactofree version just to enjoy its goodness once again. ๐

Anything with cheese is heaven
Don't know if it's just a thing in the US, but here they have boxed half size pasta (like spaghetti, linguine; any long, thin pasta) called "pot-sized" that means you don't have to break the pasta (or, if cooking it normally, wait until it gets soft enough to fit into the pot) to make it fit. I definitely recommend seeing if they have it where you shop if you plan to make anything like the last one again. No having pasta fly everywhere that way. ๐
On the mushroom pasta, you could add the cherry tomatoes in, that would give you a "rosy" type pasta…
Definitely brown the mushrooms with butter, thyme and pepper next time before adding the broth etc.
Ummm had you added the spaghetti longways instead of across you wouldn't have to commit the sin of breaking spaghetti!!
