A big part of getting in shape, building muscle, and losing fat, comes from having good nutrition in your daily meals. Foods all affect your body differently, and have different benefits depending on the food. That is why I want to switch it up and give you a testosterone boosting smoothie recipe that you can have if you’re looking for a quick meal, or if you need something after your workout. This smoothie will help increase your testosterone levels, while keeping your estrogen levels as low as possible. Now, let’s get started with this easy and delicious smoothie recipe.
Ingredient #1: ALMOND MILK. This serves as the base of the smoothie. Put about a half a cup, a little more or a little less is fine depending on how thick you would like your smoothie to be.
Ingredient #2: ALMOND BUTTER. You are going to use 1-2 tablespoons.
Ingredient #3: SUNFLOWER SEEDS. You can put as much as you want in there, experiment with how many sunflower seeds affects the taste of the smoothie to where you like it.
Ingredient #4: TESTOGREENS. You will use just one scoop of testogreens, which is one serving.
Ingredient #5: FROZEN BERRIES. I recommend using about a full cup of mixed berries. Using frozen fruit will help make it cold, and give it more of that smoothie texture.
Ingredient #6: VANILLA WHEY PROTEIN POWDER. You will just need one scoop for this smoothie, which will be around 24 grams of protein.
Ingredient #7: BANANA. You can use a whole banana if you’d like, it comes down to preference for the taste of the smoothie.

Mark What are a couple of brand names for the vanilla whey protein powder . The one I found is made from milk and soy.
include sardines for extra protein.

I like to scramble an egg up fried… and before I add it to the blender I put it in a bowl with an Ice cube or two to cool it down, then into the blender for an egg infused smoothie.
Your testo green is a scam. It will not boost testosterone. I take a daily greens but not for test boost. That is BS. And do your research people if you want to buy Greens. There are way better products out there at a third the cost of this crap. This is unbelievably expensive for an inferior product. Look at the ingredients!

The testogreens sound good. Unfortunately that stevia extract kills the deal for me. Tears my guts up. Though I guess that's one way to lose weight… albeit explosively.
Unfortunately, you had me at bananas and then I said not for me. I have anaphylaxis which is rare. Any other recommendation for a non-latex fruit for a smoothie. Everything else looks great except the banana and yes I am allergic and carry an EpiPen because of the allergy.
Is this o.k. for people who are diabetic and can you use soy milk instead?
They make almond butter from almonds. So why not just use almonds and a TBSP of olive oil? Also, you may want to emphasize using no-sugar almond milk@ 30kcal/ serving. Flavored sweet almond milk has 80kcal. Enjoy!
I'd rather use water than testosterone killing estrogen producing nut milk.
When I freeze my bananas I peel them first and cut them up in about 2 inch sections or cubes. Also if you freeze them, you stop them from over ripening.
Almond milk is like juice ,it is not milk…..your better off with whole milk for a testosterone boost,……..almond butter ,….lowers testosterone. ….your better off with herbs and vitamins.
